Where possible, we also like to include photos one the product so you can see the condition of the product before buying. Often used products will still be in an excellent form which gives you the best value if you’re looking to buy.

Open Box

With Open Box category products the box has been opened but goods are in as new condition with no usage and still in the original manufacturers packaging. Open Box products also come with a 12 Month Box warranty and 30 Calendar day DOA (6 Months Warranty on batteries and adaptors). 

Grade A

Though this product may have been used briefly it will be in excellent condition with very light signs of usage on the item. There may be very light scratches/marks/blemishes on the item. Grade A products will also still be in the original manufacturers packaging. All of our Grade A used products come with a 12 Month Box Warranty and 30 Calendar day DOA (6 Months Warranty on batteries and adaptors).

Grade B

These items will still be in good condition with some signs of usage and possible signs of light scratches/marks/blemishes. Scooters or e-vehicles in this category may no longer be in their original packaging. These products come with a 6 Month Box Warranty and 14 Calendar day DOA (30 Calendar days warranty on batteries and adaptors).

Grade C

Grade C Scooters or e-vehicles will be in below average condition and will show signs of more considerable usage there may also be heavier scratches/marks/blemishes on these items. These products may also be missing their original packaging, but they come with a 3 Month Box Warranty and 7 Calendar day DOA (7 Calendar Day warranty on batteries and adaptors).
